ThanHsiangMitraWelfareCentre is organising two more courses which are going to start on april, those who are interested can find out the details from the below website. 1) Self-Exploration Course on the coming 7-8/4/07 (Saturday and Sunday) , it is for u to know yourself better or become mitra's volunteer. 2) Family Link course started on 28/4/07 (Saturday) ,the course is for family members or social workers who always deal with mental health patients. 3) Couple Support Group started on 12/4/07 (Thursday) , it is opened to husband and wife to know their relationship and build a stronger bond.

How I wish it could be in Penang. I have never touched seahorse before, I only get to see them in aquirium. They are very unique in shape. Not quite sure if I have read it correctly that Seahorses are popularly known for male pregnancy. The male has a brood pouch below its abdomen, which serves to protect and nourish his babies. Worldwide, there are 34 species of seahorses. Most seahorse species live in mangroves, seagrass beds and coral reef. In the last decade, dredging and reclaimation for the construction of the Second Link causeway and the Port of Tanjung Pelepas have greatly reduced the size of the seagrass beds. The expansion project of Port of Tanjung Pelepas in 2003 have reclaimed the coastal mangroves and a seagrass bed of a size of at least three football fields.
